1- Can i ask a question? Did you buy the game and download it from itch.io? if so then i recommend using itch.io app if you are not confident in your computer skills generally.
2- Did you extract the game or are you running it from ZIP?
DEV says "if you have no basic knowledge to use basic app in windows. try use https://itch.io/app to install."
