Thank you so much for your comment! Yes, at first I made it so Zehir looked like nothing more than a detestable, remorseless murderer. But as you played more, you start to understand why he acts like that. Of course I still think he deserves to be punished as murdering thousands of innocent people is completely evil, unjustifiable and unforgivable. I think you brought up an interest point about mc. Thing is mc thinks they're better than him because deep down they believe ubyrs aren't people, like lesser humans, as if they weren't as much of a complete person as a human is, even if they don't express it like Eira. You're not the only person here who thinks mc is a total hypocrite. I agree with you and I was aware of it when writing this story. I'm surprised that someone understood Zehir's thought process so well. You're spot on about Zehir. He's extremely emotionally dependent and can't stand being alone first and foremost. He'll throw away his motives just to have someone by his side. He would cling to someone who killed his own people so long as they give him love and companionship. Family is just that important to him. He's also a very sensitive borderline so his emotions change with environmental triggers at the blink of an eye. The reason behind the rivalry between ubyrs and sídhes is a looong story. I plan on creating another game expanding this story. Zehir is just one of the many characters that are part of this universe. I can't wait to write the scenes of Zehir and mc having cute moments together and Zehir showing a more yandere side! From now on, I can focus entirely on their relationship since they'll be living together. Thank you very much for playing this small game and leaving a kind comment! It means a lot to me! Hope you'll be here for part 2! ❤️

Edit: Yes, the artist and the voice actor did an amazing job! And I'm so glad you liked the character designs and the music! All the music is copyright free, but I went with a turkish/middle eastern aesthetic to fit Zehir's religion and nationality 🇹🇷

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I had no idea you would read my comment, let alone respond to it with such excellence! I was so excited I literally screamed! I'm so glad I read your character well enough and got the chance to understand some of the depth in him. I had fun learning about him and analyzing how he acted throughout both routes. When I first met Zehir, I did think right off the bat that he was the "bad guy," but like you said, as I played through the game, I started picking up on the lore and where all his anger really stemmed from, so I started to think differently of him since it was clear when he started bawling that all that anger was just masked sadness and fear. I see how you made MC a hypocrite intentionally; it makes sense for them to act like that since they are not an Ubyr and don't know what it's like to be or feel in Zehir's position. I just hope that MC gets humbled to where they wake up and see they really are no better than Zehir, nor anyone else, whether human or ubyr. I am very happy to know I was on the right track about Zehir; everything makes so much sense now that you went into more detail about him, especially Zehir having a sensitive borderline disorder. I do think he must have gotten it from a traumatic event in his life since I know most disorders like that come from people going through something very traumatic, like his parents and friends dying, making even more sense as to why he switches up so fast with his emotions. I am very invested in the lore of the ubyrs and sídhes; I would absolutely love to know more of that looong story. I also cannot wait to have more interactions with Zehir. Again, I loved the character design, culture, and music. The title screen music had me and my brother dancing; it was so good it deserves to be on Spotify. Thank you so much for this amazing explanation and deeper dive into everything I said. I am so very excited for your upcoming games and part 2 of Chemical Attraction, so best believe I'll be back for what you have in store!! <3

At first MC views Zehir as a wild animal that needed to be euthanized. Later she views him as a pet that needs to be tamed and trained. They'll learn to see him as a person later on as they start living together. Zehir developed BPD because he lost his parents too young. Also, lost the very few friends he considered brothers throughout the years. Lowkey some it was already in his DNA(he's naturally dependent), but these events triggered the manifestation of the BPD.

Some people were put off by Zehir's sudden change of attitude, saying that he threw away his motives and I can understand the feeling. But I feel like these players misunderstood Zehir's character a bit. Zehir is not some Martin Luther King like activist trying get fair rights to his people. He doesn't have some great motives. He wasn't angry because his kind is being treated unfairly. He was angry because HE and HIS family were treated unfairly. He's selfish and self-centered. He lives in his own world. He's just some emotionally dependent, unstable individual whose main purpose is having access to love and affection who went berserk because he was under the threat of losing his only family member left. Once that happened, he had no reason to fight anymore because fighting for his kind was never his real motive. But I digress 😅

Anyway, I'm flattered that you're excited to my future stories and the 2nd part of CA! Thank you very much for taking the time to write all that and for your support!

Btw, I'm ecstatic that you and your brother had fun with the tittle screen music! I'd love to be there to see you two dancing 🤣 I also found that music rhythm to be very catchy! That's why I chose it! The name of the music is "anatolian tears"! It's a turkish like music on pixabay:
