I really liked the artstyle, music and voice lines of the game. The implementation of the theme was also great. I get that the controls and jumps are supposed to feel unpredictable, but I think they were more frustrating than fun and interesting. When I died, it just didn't feel like it was my fault, like it feels in games like Getting over it for example. But other than that, this was a great game! Especially for a 7 day jam

Thanks, really appreciate the detailed feedback! I get what you mean about the controls feeling frustrating rather than fair. We’ll definitely research how games like Getting Over It handle that “feel like it’s your fault” moment and try to implement something similar, hopefully it’ll make the jumps feel more satisfying without losing the unpredictability. Really glad you liked the art, music, and theme though!
