Combat Vest is not Bulky, Tactical Vest is.Med-kit is the same as the Field med-kit. This is an oversight on my end.
The Improvised kit has "Reactive" as a keyword. What does that mean?
Also, what is the value of a Combat vest?
Remove "Reactive" from the Improvised Kit.
Combat vest would be worth the same or less as the "tactical vest," as they share similar keywords and stats.
