how do you spawn parts? it might be having the same issue as another game, where im on an ultrawide monitor, so the top and bottom of the screen are getting cut off
They spawn at tube's coordinate closest to the floor. I wasn't able to test it properly on different devices, but in theory it should have worked fine.
