Hi! Thanks for your feedback! We do have a heartbeat within the music which is only synced in the first run :P The moment you reset/pause the beat and pulse gets desynced. I do understand why you want more visual/audio feedback on the main mechanic of the game! What was your record on Carotid Cavern ^^?
