Damn! I'm sorry that happened, that's frustrating, it must be a bug I never triggered. Can you enter any of the codes, or a specific one? Does the code panel pop up at all when on the control unit screen or does nothing appear? I assume the actual panels do not pop up at all if you're also having problems with the safe in the first story. Could you tell me what your screen resolution is, I wonder if it's appearing somewhere hidden or something.
