honestly i went to therapy for my anger and nonething changed


personally think therapy is useless

definitely some therapists aren’t great but sometimes it a journey but therapy helps a lot of people and also sometimes meds are needed especially if your anger isn’t only an issue for you but others yk?

I hope you can build a strong support system as people are not meant to walk alone in life and you seem like a prime candidate for therapy with your belief that you cannot trust anyone I would say try genuinely not going into it with your mindset that its all useless, and you may end up happier than ever 

when betrayal is so high bimbo why would i want to trust anyone besides my closest friends family and mate
