So you should to make that clear in the game so we don't waste time repeating actions that serve no purpose. A message indicating that it's not possible to advance beyond that level until the next update would be enough. It took me a while to notice the problem, and then I wasted even more time trying to figure out what could be causing that; I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, searched for previous versions, restored old saves to find out when the problem started and tried to repeat the gameplay from there... This situation is quite unpleasant.
