Wow, there is now a lot here. The PUBLIC PUZZLE is actually that. As you solve parts of it and save, you are submitting your help towards solving the whole puzzle. When you load, you inject other people's correctly placed pieces and by working together you can solve the larger jigsaw.
Each other 'strange place' is also a different type of image puzzle. There is really a lot here, please feel free to give it a try and let me know what you think and if there are any issues.
