Don't worry, the demo will be available here as well! Steam does have features to make games private now, though, so that's always an option - I assume it works for demos as well, though I haven't checked.
I'm located in Denmark (GMT+1), so it'll probably be released some time mid/late-day for me, once I've done final checks. Probably early morning for most Americans.
