I'm glad you enjoyed the game even though it was over in 10 minutes lol. Poor Mindalf! It's good to keep track of the cards in the discard pile, so that you can take more informed risks about when to research vs when you should quest... With that said, there is nothing you can do about the jokers haha but the game won't end until you draw the same coloured joker multiple times over the course of the game (or you hit one of the other end triggers).
