From what I can see in your screenshot, those websites aren’t fully available from the start.
They unlock naturally as you progress through the game’s story and progression.
Some of them act as small secrets or bonus easter-egg pages, while others only appear after specific events are triggered.

Most sites become accessible at the beginning.
However, certain pages will stay locked until you advance far enough in the related storyline.
If you're around day 80, you should have already unlocked all of them.
