Yes, you didn't read the rules of this category where it says:
- that the forum is for community support
- what to do if support takes too long to respond: post your ticket ID here
Also, where in the documentation does it says "14 days max"? The (outdated) Search & Browse FAQ says to wait "at least a few days", while the unofficial FAQ says it can take anywhere from a week to a month.
