I was reading through the anna's path topics on the community section and I have a question.

Choosing the slut path will make me share anna with people inevitably without considering the choices i made to Purely keep her to myself? Or is there more to the story that I'm not grasping?

no, both paths can share BUT is always up to the player's decision to do so.

One more thing, so when I was playing today, I was doing the mario's quest where we help the police girl to arrest him by taking the help of Emma. But i never fully corrupted his wife before his arrest and after the arrest whenever i try to talk with her, she just says that i ruined her life and to leave her alone.

Does that mean i did a mistake by not Fully corrupting her before mario's arrest and doing so her quest and scenes are blocked/locked for me now?

Her quest is the seduction, but yes, you need to seduce her fully before arresting Mario, same with Emma. Otherwise they stay mad at you.

Ahh sucks, i Fully did the emma quest but totally forgot about the wife bruh, anyways thanks a lot.
