When a save collision happens it basically mixes saves, thats why that could be the issue in your save before the events. Not to worry on the quest still showing on the log since this is known to happen sometimes (is a visual bug) and is being taken care off.
If you want that specific scene and you are sure you have done all the steps for the completion of the share, yes. The only other thing I can recommend you is to pass by discord and pass the full save folder together with the save name that you want me to check.
