I can't select the skeleton

Thanks for highlighting this one. I've uploaded a new build and this issue has been resolved.

if there are 2 things in storage, and i take one, and while holding it, take a second, the first one is deleted

Thanks for this report too. As with the above, this is fixed in the latest build.

Is this a skeleton that appeared in your pack on is already on your tiles?
