I am reaching out here because I am getting a database error on your "Contact Us" web link on your website (all "docs.xgasoft.com" links work fine, but links without the "docs." prefix are down). I purchased the product in 2020 on the Game Maker Marketplace and can no longer access it due to the Marketplace being down/under construction.
