This is a fun experiment that I'd like to try sometime!
One thing that's not clear from the text - Is the intent for the players to discuss each of the above and decide on genre, setting, etc? Or that each player chooses what THEY want, leading to likely genre mashups?
I think it would benefit from more practical advice for questions like that, but cool stuff! Thanks for putting it together!
The intent was for them to discuss and then to some level agree, so I suppose it is a little of both. I imagine many players would favor the selection of one genre, one setting. ZERO PREP as it stands takes an open stance on that, genre mashups are possible and as you pointed out, may be likely outcomes depending on how much unity the players have.

In the future I may add a secondary document for process and practical advice. Unless I can phrase it very succinctly, in which case it may find its way into the main doc.
