You got it wrong again because it is the behavior which is conditioned and not the other way around so it is behavioral conditioning, the actual name is even Pavlovian Behavioral Conditioning (P.B.C.) to be exact since it was invented by the russian psychologist Ivan Petrovich Pavlov who first experimented behavioral conditioning on dogs and which is why people subjected to a behavioral conditioning are called "Pavlov's dogs".
