Hello leafo, I'm SilverProductions, and adult game developer who first published my game a year ago. Last July, my game got fully restricted when all the troubles were happening with payment processors. I attempted to contact support and see if I could get some help, but I know that things were more uncertain at that time, and lots of other developers also needed help. My game also uses horror themes in its marketing despite them not being very prominent / explicit in-game, which I think contributed to my attempts to get unrestricted getting rejected at the time.
A lot of time has passed though, and I've seen a lot of other games which I consider to be more egregious than mine remain unrestricted and get re-indexed. Since my game is having its one year anniversary, and I'm hoping to release an update soon, I wanted to reach out directly and see if there was any way I could get re-approved. And if not right now, then I'd at least like to know what I can do to remove the restriction from my game. My new update also changes a lot of older content, namely all of the images in the game.
