You do realize that if the developer were to do that, they would have to have a gay tag placed on their games page, right? That just adds another\n Bit thing for them to do, it's just better off if they'd leave at all female characters embes. funny you say that, because a lot of games that do have the LGBTQ+ tag, gets flooded with "change MC to women" comments and it literally just gets ignored or slightly downvoted, now any other game gets asked something different and OPTIONAL, and you'll FLOOD to criticize and demean the person... hmmmmmmmmmmm
