The click issues have happened to people who run it thru windows emulator for linux, perhaps Mac as well? There was a previous comment here which recommended using the Heroic launcher with proton, to fix the issue

No she has futa. Perhaps it is the fluid simulation your phone can't handle (it gets activated when you select futa). You can try to lower resolution or turn it off from the settings
