I know you would like HTA 2 to be erotic but unfortunately I want to focus more on gameplay element of it and adding h scenes to it would split my efforts between them. After all my current projects are done, will focus on making Magic Ring and then nothing.
So....losing another great 2d game master dev....fuck the Karen's with the no porn shit ...may the Australian monster spiders eat them or whatever.....well, after derpixons retirement....I started to expect more and more of these things.....gl then man, and hopefully this aberration with "we do it for the kids" Vs stop, aim for their parents FFS, they should be the ones who gets punished for not being able to take care of their goblins, and letting them roam freely the net, not us, who just do things out of passion or just to make time fly.
And I get it, the pay you receive daily is of a slave level rn, nobody would be happy with that in these days FFS, it's nothing compared to the prices of everything. Imagine that there is a game that ask for AI made hentsi 33$ per month subscription to have access to the full game, that is still 0.1c version ...for AI made, not hand draw images....so....yeah....
Erotic game is just a scape goat for this kind of stuff. Parents already blame video games for their child's behavior. It's of course parents job to look after their kids. When I was a child, my dad bought me GTA San Andreas. He had no idea what a rating system is. He just assumed videogames are for kids just like books are for kids because majority of students have to read them.
I don't want anyone to see erotic game in good light but don't want them to initiate a witch hunt either.
About AI content, as someone who is terrible at background illustration, I think using AI for insignificant things such as background is alright as long as it's not too jarring. But whole art? Why pay for that? Just make those content yourself then.
I promise though none of my works has AI involvement in it and never will.
