Sadly about the glitches there is nothing that I can do as my abilities do not go beyond using SDK's that other people wrote. 

In this game I used NGDevKit which is great and earlier when I was porting the game on NG I was able to find a sound problem and isolate it and Damien the author of NGDevKit was able to fix it. Afterwards the problem never occurred again, but all my testing were done on MisterFPGA's Core and MAME, so it may be a problem that is visible only on the real hardware. 

As for the graphical glitch, I really never seen it before. To be honest I have absolutely no idea why it exists.

No worries about the glitches. I just wanted to mention from the testing perspective. They were, in my opinion minor, and didn't hinder my enjoyment.

And yeah it could be my hardware. I got one of the 5V AES systems and I know they can be temperamental.
