TL;DR, Lily said one of Sarah's sisters commented on how handsome the MC looked in a photo, and was thinking about asking him to the party if Sarah didn't. As for the one with Lucy, Sarah felt bad about running out on the King's Game and asked Lucy to remind her/call her out if she was spoiling group activities again.
