Bloated trophy is in chapter 8 inside of the froblin town, you'll want to climb up a fairly tall wall.
By clown trophy if you mean Vera she should automatically be unlocked, you can purchase her straight away. Unsure what other trophy you might be thinking of.

Also I wonder if after all books you basically have a free roam at the end
(Or basically open map free roam after the end of the story after completing all 4 books as in basically kind of in a way go anywhere instead of one path as for during story mode, and basically get to do some after quests that can be repeated or get some weird new content afterwards or unlock some secret ones, like there are some certain paths or areas you wouldn't be able to go on or some certain NPCs you can't interact with during the story and these areas or the NPCs would be available after story or some other thing, like some more lore basically behind some of the characters and what not, including the main character we play as, including some secret lore, then again that's too much work and currently the rest of the 3 isn't finished, so I guess twice/otherwise and would like to see the future for this game, anyways nice game)
