What would be the amount here? I was thinking of making a decent contribution when the fundraiser was going on, but didn't due to the lack of progress and was worried i would be throwing my money into the ether.

A valid reason, since progress has been slower than expected (a lot to do with world events).
When I say "very generous" I'm talking in the range of 1.5-2k USD, which is a huge amount of money. This is to offset the subscribers that I would lose (and take a while to build back up) for missing a Corruption Crucible deadline, and help me make it through the delay of starting my next commercial game to ensure that I can still make rent later in the year.
