Using Paypal payments works for the most, and is the only way at the moment. There is no problem on our end as far as known.
that's weird then, cause your games are the only ones that give me this error, any other games I buy on itch work just fine with my PayPal
Truly sounds weird, i can't tell you where the issue might be. Try contacting itch support since they are responsible for processing the payments.
