I feel like the main problem comes down to just how much is in the Arcade to begin with. It's really cool and I do think a difficult level is fine to have, but the sheer amount of things you have to do and keep track of makes it more stressful than fun. Even then, the in game instructions for the girls are so vague that it really feels like its just trial and error until you figure the girls out. Add on to all of that that you need to manage corruption, your energy, the health of other items, fuse boxes, all while keeping track of every girl and the goons and it just makes the nights feel very overwhelming compared to the other two levels.

Arcade is a bit crowded, not gonna lie. Maybe limit the amount going on by the night, to give the player a much better chance to learn what does what past the tutorial. The little bit of text given before you start the levels is also extremely vague, making it really hard to figure out what to do about specific girls. This all leads to the Arcade being very overwhelming, it's alright for the level to be hard, but that difficulty needs to also feel fair and as it is currently presented, it seriously doesn't feel fair or on the same level when compared to either Night Club or Security Office's difficulty. 

can confirm that I am on the latest version and that this isn't a one time thing, I recompleted the boss fight 2 more times and each time it gave me a black screen and wouldn't give me the completion, locking me out of the Arcade

After completing the Night Club fight, my game gave me a black screen after the cutscene and forced me close the game, denying me completion of the fight

went ahead and got the $10 tier

I'll have to look into it a bit more later on, being in small town USA in the middle of farm country tends to limit a lot of my options lol

I sadly can't support through Substar, my bank throws a fit about it, but is there any other way I could help support? Whether through a Ko-Fi or any other donation route? To add onto this though, I saw that you had to remove the main game's download, is there any way to download the game on another site if I've already paid here?

so, I got soft locked I think right at the start. I got the call in the storage room but the key to the office was completely gone. I tried interacting with everything but never got the key?

That is good to hear, I thought I heard awhile back that this was completely done and released which confused me a bit when I saw it still being updated
