It was! I learned it when I was little with the name "Dunderbeck's Machine" - this is inspired by that and early meat processing in the United States... But in a world with magical creatures!
lol I learned that song when I was little as well, but it was Johnny Rebeck. A few years back I did some research and found a more common name was Verbeck. I love how old songs like this evolve.
