In your pc search bar, type %appdata%, click on the %appdata% folder. It should take you to the Roaming folder, so go up a level to AppData. Click into the Local folder and it should be in there :)
I already did a test downloaded two times the game, and then copy the hungrymermaidcruise.ini from the one with progress to the one that didnt had progress and the progess was pasted, so the save is not on appdata is in that .ini, and it is offuscated, so I guees I would not be able to edit it like the peerson that created this thread
