I'm new here. my first question is, which of those 3 downloads button should I choose for someone like me using android mobile phone. And my other question is, should I only play the latest chapter or update?, or i have to play the chapter 1 to current chapter?

All 3 downloads are same just different hosting sites. If you’re playing for the first time play all, if not you can continue where you left off. It’s like a novel, so you read from start to finish for the story!

You will need to start a new game, as old saves will no longer work properly. There is a chapter selection menu in case you want to skip
