You need to replay the game. Old saves wont work anymore. There is a chapter selection menu for you if you wish to skip

This is actually a bug. For now, no matter what your choice is, you will alway end up being Vanny's lover. I will release a patch soon, it will fix this and some other issues

Chapter 4 production is already in its later stages. As of now, I'm at 83%. I’ll be updating the progress every Sunday on Discord, so make sure to join if you want to keep track of it.

It's depends on the chapter length. But on average, each will took about 6 months. It took time because I can only spend 3-4 hours a day to work on it, since I have a daytime job.
