I noticed on the last update that Field 50 no longer buys all the roads and can not be deleted. It says while objects are on road but there is nothing there.
I just tried this and everything worked just fine. You must have a mod conflict. I tried with RCS and Non-RCS version.
I'm at a total loss. I have this problem with only Ray County in the mod folder and the dlc's not loaded
Love this map though and will just play it as is.
