if you lose the password to your account, you will not be able to recover it, and I cannot recover it for you either as all passwords are hashed. but, I could transfer the previous account's progress over to your new one, so if you can, reply with the name of the new account and I might try to transfer the old progress over.
EDIT: I found your new account, I've just updated its progress with the old account's progress. I hope this helps!
for the future, remember to write your password down somewhere, like in a password manager, or a notebook!
