Howdy!

Although I did respond to your comment yesterday, I notice that there are several deleted replies beneath it, so I may have missed some context there.

To answer your question, implementing large body-type differences comes with a lot of challenges regarding artwork and scene variations. For the same reason that things like weight-gain or extreme hyper-endowment are limited to select areas where the content can be more easily managed, if player-as-shortstack content appears in the future, it will likely be a dedicated area or event. It's not as easy as scaling down certain pieces of artwork, because there would be substantial overhead for things like multi-character artwork, or artwork where objects and scale matter. Even just from a text-based perspective, it would require a significant number of new scenes to be written, and that's the easiest part.

A micro/macro/size-change-y planet is planned in the future, and I have a few notes to add player-as-shortstack stuff related to the Fennex Flotilla already, so although it won't be a game-persistent thing, the kind of content you're describing will probably appear at some point.

Cheers.

this is unfortunate but understandable. thank you for taking the time to respond to my question and offering a detailed explainiation. I can live with short content being restricted to cerain zones as long as it exists. would it be possible for it to be a persistant variable for the existing clone? if you become a shortstack on the flotilla with one clone you can return with the same one and be shrunk down again as a symbol of camaraderie? and then be able to repeat that if you choose to with future clones? i understand if not but i think it would be a fun concept as a way to distinguish you as a friend rather than a vulpes traitor
