Forgive me in advance if this is a stupid question, but does anyone know how to get the 'Harpy Harrier' Transformation? I'm trying to complete the rising star quest but I can't without that specific tranformation. I've got harpy skylarks and harpy coveter but I can't find an item or potion that gives the harrier transformation and it's driving me insane.
