The coal rate indicator seems to be bugged - it's saying positive 0.75/s, but the stockpile has clearly been draining for several minutes
No crit rate on anything, some haste from upgrades on a bunch of things.
And now that I've switched tabs a bunch it's alternating listing that as 0.75 and -6.9, so I guess previously it was a timing issue with however it does that estimate.
