This is a really cute game with a lot of potential! I think the flying controls work really well, and the implementation of the shop makes the game really replayable. I felt that the difficulty and  coin spawn rate could be ramped up quite a bit, and felt like it should increase as time goes on. If your intention is to have players replay the level often and buy increases each time, you may want to set some goals for length of early runs, say 1-3 minutes, and then do some math to make sure that in that run time you will spawn enough coins for them to buy something at the shop, so they get hooked on the intended gameplay loop their first run. Great work!
