I'm sorry, I don't control the payment options for itch.io, you should be able to pay with Paypal or directly with a credit card, processed through Stripe. That's about as much as I can do to help, but itch.io support might be able to help more.
Stripe was disabled because of nsfw rules of MasterCard/Visa. And paypal just does not work for some reason. Please consider patreon or something like that!
