Not using the itch app, just downloaded and unzipped and tried again, same error.

This is excellent learning for me when it comes to packaging Unreal Engine games, so thanks again. I don't have much experience in this. I have created yet another build which should fix it. Without the Itch.io App.
It is hard for me to test as I dont have a clean windows, and virtualization wont run UE games :'(
It will start the installer of the redistributables if they are missing on your system. Those VS C++ redistributables are core to all Unreal Engine games. Once you have it, you wont need to install it again for other UE games.
