I've played your game for a few years, and what kkicho suggests is a good idea. Your game is somewhat similar to other NSFW survival crafting games, and there are content creators (YouTubers) that would play it add visibility. I've found most of the games I play via cross-promotions or seeing something random in my YouTube searches. :)
Having a presence on Steam (even if the game isn't for sale there yet) is a good way to get visibility. I've searched Steam for games I've seen on YouTube, Patreon and Subscribestar and found them for sale, even though they weren't in any of my discovery queues.
On the topic of subscriptions, Boosty doesn't accept PayPal which was why I wasn't able to continue my support of your development. :(
Hope you keep working on this project and find someone to help with promotion! :)
Hey! Thanks for your feedback!
"there are content creators (YouTubers) that would play it" - I guess the fact that my game contains adult content is a red flag for most Youtubers (even if the game has fully working censorship). So for all these years I never got any big YT channel who would give my game a try. And I actually tried to ask some by leaving a comments about my game. But usually they just delete or ignore it. So if you know any - let me know.
Steam is an option but I don't want to upload my game there for a multiple reasons. Plus I know a lot of devs who has pretty big playerbase w/o steam.
I have some users who had the same problem but it can be actually fixed pretty easy by installing "Cash app". But no problem, I understand everything so need to worry. In such difficult times, it's better to keep the money for yourself and spend it on something more important.
I stopped hoping I just got used to it.
