I actually tested it a bit now and found this bug. When you outside of gate click the “t” key, it's responsible for a kind of unstuck in the game, it just teleports you to the center of the village, so to start the game normally, you'll have to go to the gate and talk to the fox after that teleport.
Sorry for the trouble, I'll see what's responsible for this and fix it in the next update
