Like real Blackjack, the game is part skill and part LUCK. All the Computer does is the same thing the player can do; it counts the cards that are on the field and makes a guess that your face-down card is a card that makes your hand 21. And based on that info it goes through what kink cards it has, and it decides if they should play them. The computer isn't given any advantage over the player; it just does what the player can do and just like in real Blackjack, luck can be on their side.
