nice game concept just not very well executed yet
Hey! First off, I’m just a player, not a developer, so take this more as general feedback than anything too technical.
The main thing I felt was missing was a bit of breathing room between finishing a level and placing a trap to kill your previous self. It felt very immediate and a bit confusing, like I didn’t have time to process what just happened or plan my next move.
I also found the trap placement and switching controls a bit awkward. It wasn’t always clear how to switch traps or place them where I wanted, so the controls could probably be made more intuitive or explained better.
I also ran into what seemed like a soft lock or crash: if you walk into a wall while alive and then in the next fase try to place a trap, the game just stops responding.
That said, I really want to mention that the art looks beautiful and very well made.
