I like the full speed elements in the track it's genuinely fun. Adding deco, even not a lot, can significantly boost the rating of the track. More is obviously better but it can be tough because the track is large. Not much to say, but fun track, not sure if you are planning to add deco anyway. If there are some things I would change, adding loops or more slides throughout would be fun.
