Oh, that's really strange T_T Just to be sure:
- Are you starting a brand new game (instead of loading old save files)?
- Did you turn on the DLC during the character creator screen?
- Are you sure "Streamer Mode" isn't enabled?
- Are you using the latest versions of the base game and DLC?
- Did you fully delete any older versions of the base game (such as the Day 3.5 or Day 4 update)?
- Did you restart your PC?
If none of the above suggestions work, and it's not too much of a hassle, could you fully delete both the base game and the DLC, re-download and install everything, then try again?
Again, this is a very odd issue, and I genuinely have no idea why it's doing that ^^;
