I don't want to sound like a hater. I really like the visuals of the 3D objects. (The interface isn't that great, so I can't praise all the graphics in the game.) The main problem is that the game doesn't live up to its description.
100 unlockable Gylphs, each with a unique impact on gameplay
16 bumper types that impact gameplay
8 Balls with unique rules and speeds
16 Random Curses that subvert the rules for the rest of the run!
"Impact" and "unique" sound great, but you should ask yourself: What changes for me as a player? What actions do I start doing or not doing depending on the combinations?
Because the current version of the game is just mindless fireworks. There's nothing I can do as a player except hit at the right moment. Nothing really changes except the damage numbers. And that's sad.
