Hello sorry for the trouble.
We aren't allowed to sell the game on itch, so Patreon or Steam are the only options we have for now.
Steam Keys are all region free so they can be activated anywhere without issue even if the store page is not visible.
On patreon you can buy the game as normal with a one-time payment from the new shop feature, instead of a subscription. This will include all future updates.
